Responsibilities

  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities reflecting a mix of project-based engagements and managed services.
  • Leverage executive-level relationships to improve Genpact’s brand visibility and strengthen partnerships.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.
  • Lead the negotiation and closure of high-value contracts, ensuring profitable terms and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Identify new market opportunities and adapt sales strategies to align with emerging industry trends, ensuring Genpact stays competitive.
  • Continuously analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales tactics and drive growth.
  • Create tailored value propositions that resonate with the unique needs and challenges of target customers in the media, publishing, and entertainment industries.
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing expertise in business development and client relationship management.
  • Ensure consistent post-sale follow-up to ensure clients’ ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
