Responsibilities

  • Generate $10M in annual contract value by positioning Genpact’s BPO, ITO, and consulting offerings.
  • Develop and communicate a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned business development goals.
  • Close outsourcing engagements ranging from $25M to $100M+ with EVP and C-level buyers.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities in the applicable vertical and work to secure new clients.
  • Collaborate closely with account management and delivery organizations to foster a client-centric culture.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership on current business issues and strategy to C-level executives.
  • Leverage executive-level relationships to enhance Genpact’s brand and improve market position in the vertical.
  • Represent Genpact at industry events, including conferences and tradeshows, to promote the brand and expand networks.
