About The Position

MVA Health Centers, Inc is looking to fill the full-time position for Business Development Director. This candidate will be responsible for driving the organizational growth through program expansion, strategic planning and resource development. The Director oversees facility-wide grant development and reporting, manages the marketing budget, and identifies new opportunities to strengthen financial sustainability and community impact. This candidate will work collaboratively with the CEO and leadership team to ensure that all initiatives align with the organization's mission, compliance standards and long-term strategic goals.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
