The Business Development Director plays a critical role in driving regional and national growth by identifying, engaging, and securing partnerships with dental practices. This is a high-impact, territory-based role responsible for originating and advancing acquisition opportunities across Alberta and surrounding markets. You will own the relationship development and early-stage deal process, working closely with internal Corporate Development and Operations teams to evaluate opportunities and support successful transactions. Beyond deal sourcing, this role requires strong external presence within the dental ecosystem, building trusted relationships with dentists, advisors, and industry stakeholders. You will act as a key representative of 123Dentist in the market, helping shape how the organization grows and expands its footprint. This is a highly autonomous role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is commercially driven, and is comfortable operating at both strategic and relationship levels.
