About The Position

The Business Development Director – Real Estate is a senior, market‑facing role responsible for originating new real estate business on a national basis across EisnerAmper’s full platform of professional services, including audit, tax, advisory, consulting, outsourcing, and real estate fund administration. This role is designed to drive sustained growth across the Real Estate practice by developing new client relationships, expanding EisnerAmper’s presence with priority real estate targets, and partnering closely with Real Estate leadership to shape and execute the firm’s go‑to‑market strategy. The role is explicitly focused on new business origination and strategic growth. While the role operates nationally, there is a strong preference for someone to be based in South Florida and/or New York, reflecting EisnerAmper’s strategic real estate footprint and growth priorities in both markets. The Real Estate Business Development Director operates across the full real estate lifecycle—often described internally as “Dirt to Cash”—serving owners, operators, developers, investors, funds, and platforms from acquisition and development through operations, financing, recapitalization, and exit.
