About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Coordinator to support Regional Sales Managers focused on East Coast accounts and territories. This is not a traditional inside sales closing role. The primary focus of this position is lead generation, outbound prospecting, pipeline development, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and comfortable identifying new business opportunities through LinkedIn, market research, industry networking, and outbound outreach. This role will primarily focus on supporting business development efforts across MSP (Managed Service Provider), MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit), Hospitality, Retail, and Enterprise customer segments. This role plays an important part in helping our sales organization build relationships, develop pipelines, and expand business opportunities across key markets. It is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in growing a long-term career in technology sales, channel sales, business development, or account management. This is an onsite role. As this supports the east coast team and region must be flexible typical hours would be 7am-4pm PST.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, sales coordination, recruiting, account coordination, customer outreach, or related client-facing roles preferred
  • Experience using LinkedIn for networking, prospecting, recruiting, or lead generation highly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and conducting outbound outreach to prospective customers and partners
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced technology environment
  • Interest in technology, networking, IT infrastructure, enterprise solutions, or channel sales is strongly preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales support platforms, or lead tracking tools preferred

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective customers, partners, and business opportunities within MSP, MDU, Hospitality, Retail, and Enterprise markets
  • Utilize LinkedIn, CRM systems, industry databases, and online research tools to generate qualified leads and build sales pipelines
  • Identify key decision-makers, target accounts, property groups, IT contacts, channel partners, and enterprise opportunities within assigned territories
  • Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone communication to introduce TP-Link business solutions and coordinate sales opportunities
  • Schedule meetings and business development opportunities for Regional Sales Managers supporting East Coast accounts
  • Support pipeline development and account prospecting activities across multiple East Coast territories
  • Maintain accurate prospecting activity, lead tracking, account notes, and opportunity updates within CRM systems
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers to support territory growth initiatives and business development strategies
  • Assist with follow-up communication, lead qualification, customer engagement, and ongoing sales coordination activities
  • Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, channel relationships, and competitor activity within the networking and technology industry
  • Support trade shows, partner events, and additional sales initiatives as needed
