This position will wear many hats and have the opportunity to grow alongside the company. This is not a high-pressure sales role or executive-level “Director of Business Development” position. Instead, this role is designed for someone who can help strengthen and organize our business development efforts, support long-term relationship management, improve CRM and client follow-up systems, coordinate proposals and marketing efforts, help tell the story of our projects and people, and become a key connector between clients, leadership, marketing, and operations.
