About The Position

Horizon Health is seeking an experienced business development coordinator to join our team! This role is crucial in supporting the sales organization by managing proposals, creating presentations, administering our Salesforce CRM, and handling general sales administrative tasks. Additionally, the role will assist with contract preparation and coordination to ensure smooth and timely execution of sales agreements. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to support the sales team’s efforts ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client requirements. Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and tracking sales activities. Assist with contract drafting, review, and coordination between internal stakeholders and clients to facilitate timely execution. Develop Ideal Customer Profile by leveraging data provided by Trilliant/Definitive Health, and other tools. Assists in Marketing and advertising initiatives, i.e., social media campaigns, websites, etc. Monitor and track sales metrics and KPIs, providing insights to management as needed. Tracks and reports data regarding target demographics and the company’s marketing efforts. Assists in planning and execution of special functions and/or conferences at the corporate office or an off-site location. This includes scheduling hotels, travel, meeting space and all other logistic issues relating to the function as well as preparing presentations and attendee literature and handouts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient sales processes. Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position as it pertains to business marketing objectives. Responsibilities: At all times, conducts oneself ethically in accordance with all relevant standards and regulations Mains Knowledge of, and demonstrates respect for patient rights Engages in timely, efficient discharge planning. Works in close conjunction with patient family, nursing staff and attending physician. Displays thorough knowledge of referral/placement process and available community resources, and makes effective contact with disposition sources Completes progress notes and assessments according to program procedures Participates as an active member of the interdisciplinary and treatment teams Submits timely and accurate CQI+ outcome data on a weekly basis Actively involved in measuring patient performance; communicates results and trends to supervisor Provides feedback to supervisor on an ongoing basis in regards to concerns, improvements, changes, etc. Identifies areas needing improvement and utilizes the facility performance improvement process Actively participates in department processes as requested Ensures facility is safe and reports deficiencies to the Program Director Ensures confidentiality of all information encountered Mains professional interactions with peers, senior management, and staff through effective written and verbal communications Assists with ambulating and lifting patients as needed Other duties as assigned Quality care is our passion; improving lives is our reward. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years of business development experience required
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar CRM platforms
  • Proven experience in a sales support or sales administration role
  • Experience in proposal writing and presentation development

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator certification highly preferred
  • Familiarity with contracting processes and basic contract management is a plus
