Requirements

  • Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

  • Is tech-savvy and comfortable managing data and documents
  • Has 3+ years’ of experience supporting management level, preferably in a business development/sales, or marketing setting
  • Has strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment
  • Has experience with CRM systems (Deltek Vantagepoint preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update CRM (Deltek VantagePoint) database and track business development activities
  • Provide organizational and logistical support that keeps our team operating at peak performance
  • Serve as a trusted internal partner to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate and support client outreach and relationship initiatives
  • Support sales process, including updating VantagePoint, prospect research, and reporting
  • Manage the Divisional BD calendar for industry events
  • Proactively learn about the land development industry and life-cycle to better support the business
  • Independently identify prospective BD opportunities through targeted industry research and trends to increase regional sales
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and event logistics for BD staff
  • Support invoice tracking, expense reporting, and vendor coordination
  • Assist with preparation of monthly BD activity reports and dashboard
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, and distribute follow-ups
  • Track client engagement activities and maintain contact lists
