This critical position is responsible for promoting Vaco to the business community for strategic projects in the CFO organization, including areas of expertise such as accounting, finance, tax, audit, and more.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting/financial consulting and/or audit.

Nice To Haves

CPA, CFA, MBA or related designation highly preferred.
Public Accounting and/or Big Four experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Grow and develop strong relationships with senior accounting & financial leaders.
Connect with area business leaders by phone, email, in-person meetings, and professional networking events.
Work with an elite recruitment team to fulfill special projects and interim positions in audit, financial reporting, FP&A, M&A, taxation, software implementations, and more.
Keep a regular pulse on the market as it relates to businesses and hiring trends. (e.g., Expansions, mergers/acquisitions, dissolutions, relocations, new businesses entering the market, etc.…)
Actively develop and maintain a target client list.
Manage open client opportunities from intake to fulfillment.
Provide high level oversight on existing engagements.
Manage your daily and weekly schedule and activities in alignment with productivity goals.
