About The Position

We're looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professional to help grow our commercial cleaning business and strengthen our presence throughout the communities we serve. This is an independent, customer-facing role based out of Salem, covering a large service area. You'll spend your time in the field building relationships, meeting decision-makers, and generating new business.

Requirements

Energetic, outgoing, and confident.
Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Professional, organized, and goal oriented.
Comfortable with frequent travel throughout a large service territory.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Sales, business development, networking, or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Meet directly with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and other decision-makers.
Conduct in-person outreach, prospecting, and follow-up to generate new accounts.
Cover a vast geographic territory based out of Salem and develop new business throughout the area.
Attend industry events, networking meetings, and community events to build relationships and create opportunities.
Represent our company professionally and become an active part of the communities we serve.
Conduct property walkthroughs, prepare proposals, and help turn prospects into long-term customers.
Manage your own schedule and activities while staying accountable for results.
Attend weekly team meetings in Clackamas.
