  • Respond promptly to all incoming leads via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Manage, organize, and prioritize leads for consistent and timely follow-up
  • Build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and interests
  • Provide clear information on vehicles, services, and current promotions
  • Effectively highlight key Subaru features, benefits, and value propositions
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights
  • Collaborate closely with the BDC team, Sales Team, and other departments
  • Maintain accurate, thorough records in the CRM system
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Sales or business knowledge is a plus
  • Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an automotive or BDC environment
  • Strong instincts for identifying and maximizing sales opportunities
  • Previous phone or virtual sales experience is an asset
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and related sales software
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Motivated by meeting and exceeding performance goals
  • Adaptability to evolving processes, tools, and technologies
  • Must pass pre-employment background screenings
