About The Position

Capital Ford of Charlotte is seeking a driven, customer‑focused Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative to join our high‑volume, fast‑paced dealership. Our BDC team is already thriving and handling a strong flow of activity, and we’re looking to add another standout team member who can keep pace and contribute to continued growth. In this role, you’ll engage with a high volume of prospective customers, oversee both inbound and outbound leads, and turn interest into meaningful sales opportunities. The right candidate is a strong communicator who can think on their feet, build rapport quickly, and stay organized while delivering a polished, professional experience. Requirements

  • Familiarity with lead generation and CRM systems
  • Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly
  • Strong sales instincts and the ability to identify and capitalize on commercial sales opportunities
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related software
  • Motivated by achieving and exceeding commercial sales target
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct in all commercial sales activities
  • Must pass pre-employment background screenings

  • Education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and generate leads for commercial and B2B sales through various channels
  • Utilize online research, networking, and industry events to build a robust pipeline
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and requirements
  • Schedule appointments for commercial sales meetings and product/service demonstrations
  • Coordinate with commercial sales managers to ensure seamless scheduling
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally
  • Other duties assigned
