This position is the first point of contact for many customers, involving answering and directing incoming calls, and scheduling service appointments in a fast-paced environment. The Business Development Center (BDC) team is a strategic partner within the Sales and Service Teams, collaborating to ensure customer needs are met professionally, friendly, and efficiently. BDC team members provide these services through an established process for proven success. As a BDC Associate, you will work closely with the Sales and Service Teams to be the front-line contact for answering incoming calls, direct customer's questions to the correct department, and schedule appointments for our Service departments.
