Red McCombs Toyota is looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and customer service driven individuals to fill the position of Business Development Center (BDC) Agents. Requirements

Available to work flexible hours and weekends
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong computer skills

Responsibilities

Provide quality follow up to potential customers via phone, email, and text
Assist customers in an up-beat and friendly manner
Comprehension of the principles of retail automotive sales
Emphasis on appointment setting
Provide customers with basic product information
Work hand-in-hand with managers and sales team members to facilitate department processes
Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Maintain department production standards (outbound calls, appointments, etc)
Help facilitate the relationship between the customer and the sales department staff
Must have the ability to follow processes and direction
Uphold the values, ethics, and professionalism expected as a member of the Red McCombs automotive team
