About The Position

We are expanding in the Boise area and hiring a motivated individual for our Business Development Associate role. We partner with nonprofit organizations to support customer acquisition and outreach campaigns through face-to-face engagement in retail and community environments. This is a growth-focused position designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in business development, marketing, sales, or leadership. We provide structured onboarding, ongoing training, and mentorship. This role is designed to develop professionals into future leaders within the organization. You will gain experience in business development and client acquisition, face-to-face marketing and outreach strategy, professional communication and public engagement, leadership, teamwork, and performance management, and fast-paced, goal-driven environments.
