About The Position

WE ARE HIRING A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE WHO WILL BE FOCUSED ON OUTBOUND PROSPECTING, COLD CALLING, AND APPOINTMENT SETTING FOR THEIR ASSIGNED ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES. THIS POSITION PLAYS A CRITICAL ROLE IN DRIVING PIPELINE GROWTH BY INITIATING CONVERSATIONS WITH PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS ACROSS GOVERNMENT, HOSPITALITY, AND EDUCATION SECTORS. THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR MOTIVATED INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE TENACIOUS, PEOPLE‑ORIENTED, AND EAGER TO START A CAREER IN SALES.

Requirements

  • Tenacious, motivated individual who enjoys talking to people and building relationships
  • Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Positive attitude with resilience to handle rejection
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment
  • Coachable and open to feedback and development
  • Reliable, organized, and accountable for performance
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must pass drug screen, criminal background check, and driver’s license check.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

  • Prior sales experience not required
  • Recent graduates encouraged to apply
  • Associate’s degree preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective clients
  • Identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads
  • Set qualified appointments for Account Executives
  • Research prospective customers using CRM tools, online resources, and databases
  • Maintain and update prospect information within Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Communicate effectively with prospects to identify needs and introduce solutions
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Track activity, call outcomes, and performance metrics
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and persistent approach to outreach
