About The Position

This role is a member of the Business Development team, reporting to the
Manager, Business Development. The position is responsible for evaluating
strategic capital investment opportunities through advanced financial modeling
and analytical rigor to support executive decision-making. The role partners
closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and private equity
stakeholders to assess lease renewals, RFP opportunities, M&A transactions, and
other inorganic growth initiatives that drive enterprise value.
