GTI Values: Safey I Quality I Customer Obsession I Speed I Agility Role Overview The Business Development Analyst serves as the administrative engine of the Business Development department, providing essential reporting, data management, and operational support to facilitate departmental growth. Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development, this individual will manage the "behind-the-scenes" logistics that allow the team to scale effectively. This is an entry-level, high-impact role designed for a motivated professional looking to master the foundations of business operations with a clear path toward future leadership opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proficiency or the ability to quickly achieve mastery in Salesforce, Monday.com, Microsoft Excel, and other reporting dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time-consuming tasks efficiently, and remain "ready to work" in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and written communication skills to effectively consume & report data in professional, easy-to-interpret formats.
  • High level of coachability with the ambition to grow into a more senior role within the first year.

Responsibilities

  • Manage internal reporting and data analysis within Salesforce and Monday.com to track upcoming projects and departmental performance.
  • Facilitate the creation of audit forms, questionnaires, surveys, and quoting documentation to streamline the business development lifecycle.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for the engineering department regarding project-specific reporting and data requests.
  • Translate raw data from various sources—such as post-conference notes or internal audits—into organized, actionable spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Execute "plug and play" data entry and administrative tasks to maintain CRM integrity and ensure seamless information flow across the team.
