Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in program/project management, transformation delivery, or related roles, ideally within a global manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in improvements to digital platforms
  • Strong understanding of operations, finance, commercial, and engineering functions with ability to connect cross-functional priorities into cohesive execution.
  • Demonstrated experience driving organizational change, with knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Ability to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and deliver actionable solutions.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to engage, influence, and build trust with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Determines escalation points and maintains alignment with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ensuring a high clarity of communication, and tailors messages to audience.
  • Proactively clarifies and confirms to ensure alignment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Accountability & Drive for Results - Ability to work with minimal supervision; steadfastly pushes self & others for results, bias for action.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation programs and projects across multiple functions, ensuring objectives, timelines, budgets, and KPIs are achieved.
  • Translate enterprise transformation strategy into program delivery roadmaps.
  • Ensure initiatives remain tightly connected to company objectives and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Apply structured change management approaches to minimize resistance, maximize adoption, and embed sustainable change across global teams.
  • Serve as the bridge between executive leadership, functional teams, and transformation office leadership.
  • Facilitate clear communication, alignment, and transparency across stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to program delivery.
  • Escalate critical issues and recommend corrective actions to ensure success.
  • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs, metrics, and program health to leadership.
  • Drive accountability through regular cadence of status updates, reviews, and executive readouts.
  • Champion best practices in program management, governance, and delivery.
  • Share lessons learned and foster a culture of innovation and performance.
