Requirements

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data organization)
• Exposure to Power BI or other visualization tools (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical teams
• Strong curiosity — someone who asks “why” and wants to dig deeper
• Willingness to travel occasionally to branch locations for onboarding and training support
• Willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in onboarding new sales employees
• Act as a go-to resource for the sales team—answering questions, troubleshooting data issues, and helping them better utilize tools and dashboards in their day-to-day work.
• Create and manage Power BI dashboards to track sales performance, customer activity, and key business KPIs.
• Review historical sales data, customer behavior, and inventory patterns to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to support reporting, forecasting, and operational improvements.
• Use advanced Excel and other tools to automate reporting and answer business questions quickly.
• Help drive adoption of Cooper’s digital tools and support broader digital transformation initiatives.
