About The Position

A client with Kforce is seeking a Business Data Analyst II to join their team in Mountain View, CA. Responsibilities: Take ownership of marketing data, ensuring its accuracy and integrity Build and maintain meaningful reports and dashboards that empower our team to make data-driven decisions Investigate data abnormalities and proactively diagnose root causes, clearly articulating your findings and their impact to cross-functional teams Transform raw data into meaningful datasets for reporting and analysis, based on both technical and business requirements Connect the dots across various marketing channels (including display media, site, search, email, and social) to enable deeper analytics and modeling Support ad hoc data requests for analysis and program execution, delivering timely and accurate information 3-5+ years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably within a marketing, digital, or e-commerce environment Advanced proficiency in SQL, with experience querying and analyzing data from complex relational databases Demonstrated experience with a data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI) to build and maintain insightful dashboards Exceptional business acumen and the ability to translate business questions into technical data requirements and analysis plans Strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and exceptional attention to detail Experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Eloqua) A solid understanding of marketing principles and channel-specific metrics (e.g., email, social, paid media) Experience with statistical analysis or data modeling Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably within a marketing, digital, or e-commerce environment
