Business Analyst/Data Analyst
About The Position
Peraton is seeking a Business Analyst/Data Analyst. The Business Analyst for VLER will be perform the following duties, but not limited too: Assets plays a critical role in analyzing business processes and needs and ensuring alignment with system functionality. This includes gathering, documenting, and refining requirements to optimize processes and workflows for the VLER system. The Business Analyst works closely with stakeholders, developers, and other teams to identify system enhancements, resolve issues, and support data quality and governance initiatives. Responsibilities include creating detailed documentation, facilitating stakeholder meetings, analyzing data trends, validating updates to maintain VLER system reliability and efficiency. The Business Analyst prepares business requirements documents (BRD) that detail proposed solutions and submits them to the Government for review and approval. Bridging the gap between technical teams and business users, this role ensures that VLER assets meet operational and mission-critical needs.
Requirements
- 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must have active public Trust clearance
- Experience analyzing business processes
- Experience with gathering requirements
- Experience with documenting requirements and presenting them to stakeholders
