About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Business Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the leadership team and the broader technical department. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex schedules, coordinating technical projects, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of a fast-paced technical environment. This role requires a strong ability to anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality with a professional demeanor.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent practical experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role, preferably within a technology, engineering, or R&D department.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Google Workspace).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail and grammar.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira or other technical tracking systems).
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders or a large team within a technical discipline.
  • Basic understanding of technical terminology or a keen interest in technology.

Responsibilities
