Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Controls and Risk Management: Executes the Operational Risk Management Framework, challenges risk controls, governance and culture to ensure the timely identification, escalation, debate and remediation of risk across the organization.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Financial Steward: Efficiently allocates and manages resources across the organization to drive short- and long-term profitability.
  • 10+ years of experience in Stakeholder Management & Influence: Builds trusted relationships and drives alignment across a highly matrixed environment, influencing senior stakeholders.
  • 10+ years of experience in Strategy Planning & Development: Sets strategy for internal control discipline, policy governance, translating enterprise standards into Technology specific processes/tools.
  • 10+ years of experience as an Enterprise Advocate & Communicator: Contributes to enterprise strategy and influence messaging to connect team contributions to business purpose, results, and success.
  • 10+ years of experience in Decision Making & Problem Solving: Leads through ambiguity and conflict with sound judgment, balancing trade-offs and driving timely, well-reasoned decisions.
  • 10+ years of experience as a People Manager, Coach and Enterprise Talent Leader: Coaches to sustain and elevates organizational performance while differentiating to ensure pay for performance. Inspects and manages the health of the bench to ensure succession for the organization, while supporting enterprise talent needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees Global Technology central risk governance, including AIM processes, covered persons monitoring, regulatory checks, compliance with Registrations & Licensing, Info Wall protocols, and maintains governance processes and training that support regulatory adherence across Global Technology.
  • Governance and oversight of the Business Electronic Communications Retention policy, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements, including governance routines for mobile communication programs and leading issue remediation efforts.
  • Governance and oversight of framework and taxonomy standards and deliverables, ensuring regulatory compliance, alignment with enterprise standards and organizational protocols, and quality and consistency.
  • Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture, monitoring and reporting on the Technology operational risk profile and translating control insights into clear, actionable executive narratives.
