As a Business Continuity Lead within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Phoenix, AZ. This role leads in the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans, overseeing testing, emergency response, and recovery. The lead informs in the selection of operating strategies for the continuation of the business within a recovery time objective, and leads business recovery, crisis management, emergency management, contingency planning and disaster-preparedness planning. This position is looked to for expertise, conducting, communicating, and maintaining business continuity lifecycle planning and business impact analysis. It identifies and quantifies the potential impact of various disruptions and disaster scenarios, and interfaces with LOB committee/executive to report on the compliance of business continuity processes, readiness, events and exercise results. The Business Continuity Lead may also lead relationships with audit and government regulators on business continuity issues, and is responsible for leading high profile initiatives through the development, enhancement and dissemination of continuity processes and standards. Additionally, the role involves developing and delivering training on business continuity.
