About The Position

NTT DATA’s People & Organizational Consulting Practice delivers on the promise to help our client’s people and organizations meet the evolving demands of business and the workforce. We partner with organizations to deliver solutions that meet employees where they are and prepare them for the future. As a consultant in this practice, your typical day will include both client and internal practice contributions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience.
  • 5 years recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience, where you built client relationships that resulted in trusted advisor activity.
  • 5 years’ experience contributing to or leading successful organizational change management engagements.
  • Must reside in the US.

Nice To Haves

  • Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification.
  • 2 or more years in organization development / design; organizational effectiveness; culture and workforce transformation; learning and training design, development, and delivery; Configured Platforms (i.e. SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) implementations.
  • Impressive communication skills. Ability to skillfully craft executive summaries and detailed information and reports for leadership.
  • Team player who leads by example and is a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can-do" attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success.
  • Strong project management experience, including schedule, scope, issue and risk management.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive and customized People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency of affected employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieve the desired business results and outcomes for clients.
  • Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness of People & Organization activities.
  • Apply best practice OCM methodologies to deliver a customized client change management approach.
  • Build internal network for career growth.
  • Assist with development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, and templates.
