About The Position

You will serve as a strategic advisor and hands-on leader, guiding healthcare clients through complex, large-scale initiatives to innovate, improve operational efficiency and enhance outcomes. This role requires deep experience in healthcare operations, strategic planning, and change-management to drive data driven solutions and foster sustainable growth in an evolving industry.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of deep Healthcare Payer Domain experience with extensive industry exposure.
  • Proven track record in strategic consulting engagements with Payer customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead customer workshops and influence key decision-makers.
  • Experience serving as a Product Owner to incubate new offerings for repeating solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring 20+ member teams of Healthcare Consultants.
  • Expertise in originating and shaping Healthcare deals, working closely with Sales Leaders.
  • Experience anchoring vendor briefings with Analyst groups for brand building.
  • Proven ability in brand positioning within the healthcare space through whitepapers, webinars, and industry events.

  • Hands-on experience in one of the major COTS products will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a clear, long-term strategic roadmap for enterprise-wide transformation efforts, aligning client goals with healthcare industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Support the client partners to create tangible and impactful pipelines.
  • Envision, seek support and build sustainable healthcare solutions.
  • Thought leader who can create impactful and original content for customers and analysts.
  • Vision to articulate and consult the customers with the combination of business and technology.
  • Lead the planning, execution and management of complex, cross-functional projects , ensuring deliverables are met on time, within budget, and result in measurable outcomes (KPI’s).
  • A leader who can guide the domain consultants on their growth path and generate value for consulting and delivery.
  • Build CoEs on certain payer COTS products. Hands-on experience in one of the major COTS products will be an added advantage.
  • Liaison with marketing for GTMs and analyst connections. Create and update market facing collateral.
  • Support the Sales and Presales teams with research and insights.
