About The Position

As part of EY's Finance Transformation team, you will gain deep Power and Utility (P&U) industry experience working with senior leadership teams at our P&U clients as we support the energy transformation through Sustainable Finance. You will combine your finance capability with program and change management expertise to implement and embed improvements and deliver sustainable value. Join our dynamic team as a Senior, Finance Transformation and be at the forefront of finance thought leadership and innovation for the Power & Utilities sector. In this role, you will co-create visionary strategies that empower CFOs to drive sustainable, long-term business value. Your expertise will be pivotal in designing future-proof operating models that meet rigorous reporting, regulatory, and control standards, all while leveraging cutting-edge technologies. You will craft compelling cases for change, encompassing both financial and non-financial factors, and lead the execution of comprehensive Finance Transformation programs.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree)
  • Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant experience in consulting and power and utilities industry
  • Experience with P&U specific finance functions and applications such as SAP, Oracle, and Power Plan
  • Business case development
