About The Position

Wize Mentoring supports accounting and bookkeeping firm owners globally to build high-performing, profitable businesses through proven systems and expert mentoring. The company helps clients improve efficiency, strengthen leadership, and achieve sustainable growth. Wize Mentoring is rapidly expanding with over 20 staff in 9 countries and is seeking a new team member. One of their key services is Wize Advisory, a global certification and development program that trains accounting and bookkeeping firm owners to become certified business coaches for their own clients. They are building a global ecosystem of certified coaches across the US, Australia, and emerging markets.

Requirements

• 8+ years in operations, program leadership, or organizational management.
• Experience in certification, education, coaching, or professional services programs.
• Strong systems thinker who can also facilitate and lead.
• Confident working with business owners and senior professionals.
• Comfortable in ambiguity and growth environments.
• Tech-forward and fluent with CRM, LMS, and virtual delivery tools.
• Bias to action with strong ownership and accountability.
• Australian permanent working rights with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 12-to-24-month global expansion roadmap for Wize Advisory.
• Define country rollout strategy and capacity planning.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales on demand forecasting and intake.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the certification model.
• Oversee the full certification journey from enrolment to graduation.
• Ensure consistent and high-quality cohort delivery.
• Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching support.
• Lead and support the global community of Wize Certified Business Coaches.
• Maintain quality, CPD participation, and professional standards.
• Design and document scalable SOPs.
• Implement and optimize CRM, LMS, reporting, and automation systems.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and operating rhythms.
• Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve delivery.
• Build internal delivery capability as volume grows.
