About The Position

Exit Factor is a business consulting firm dedicated to helping small to medium-sized businesses increase their profit, efficiency, and overall value in preparation for a future sale. We achieve this through comprehensive business valuations, personalized 1:1 consulting, and online programs. Our client base spans companies with revenues between $0 and $30 million across various industries nationwide. While we operate with the agility of a small business, we are backed by the extensive resources of a large global organization. In this role, you will work directly with small to mid-sized business owners, guiding them to enhance their companies' profitability, efficiency, and market value. You will engage with potential clients, convert them into customers, and conduct 1:1 consulting sessions utilizing our proprietary methodology. The position includes a full training and certification program, with provided leads and an automated system to optimize your workflow. Requirements

  • Must be located in Reno, NV.
  • Computer proficiency is required, including conducting Zoom presentation meetings.
  • Some experience in a customer-facing role or a love for customer interaction.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication with particularly strong phone skills.
  • Enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and business.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: a proactive, driven, strong desire to succeed, competitive, committed to accomplishing objectives, opportunistic.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the following technology systems or ability to figure it out: Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, Zoom.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting with potential Exit Factor members.
  • Conducting 1:1 consulting sessions with clients following the Exit Factor system.
  • Providing additional resources in our online curriculum to enhance sessions.
  • Participating in initial training and certification and continuing education.
