About The Position

Business Change Manager Senior Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 2505 N Hwy 360 Ste 300 Grand Prairie, TX. This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm The Business Change Manager Senior is responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals. How You Will Make an Impact: Identifies potential issues, project change, and scope. Leads efforts to identify best practices. Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required. Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs. Designs methods for integrating function and process. Conducts cost/benefit analyses. Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related.
  • Eight (8) years in any occupation with process improvement, business change or project related experience.
  • Five (5) years of experience translating the product backlog into user stories.
  • Five (5) years of experience serving as the Product Management (business) proxy and decision point to represent stakeholders.
  • Five (5) years of experience reviewing and accepting/rejecting results during a Sprint and in Sprint review.
  • Five (5) years of experience conducting Final testing and acceptance of user stories supporting the features.
  • Five (5) years of experience creating and inputting deliverables into a project release plan.
