About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives and drive successful adoption of strategic transformations. In this senior leadership role, you will develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for complex programs, including technology implementations, process reengineering, operating model shifts, and cultural transformations. You will create a defined, standardized change methodology for the company, incorporating repeatable activities and deliverables that can be scaled across projects. You will partner with senior executives, project teams, and stakeholders to minimize resistance, maximize engagement, and deliver measurable business outcomes, with a focus on large-scale transitions such as migrating hundreds of thousands of users to new UI/UX platforms. The ideal candidate is a seasoned change leader with proven expertise in large-scale change, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to mentor junior change practitioners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management, with at least 4–5 years in a senior/lead role.
  • Proven track record leading change on large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives (e.g., ERP/digital transformations, mergers/acquisitions, operating model redesigns, AI/data programs), including experience transitioning hundreds of thousands of users simultaneously to new UI/UX interfaces.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and institutionalize standardized change methodologies with repeatable activities and scalable deliverables.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner/Leader, ACMP CCMP, Kotter certification) strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in matrixed environments, preferably in healthcare or technology.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management, with at least 4–5 years in a senior/lead role with experience delivering to external clients or public consumers

  • Background in IT/digital transformation or shared services modernization, with emphasis on massive user migrations
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and institutionalize standardized change methodologies with repeatable activities and scalable deliverables.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner/Leader, ACMP CCMP, Kotter certification) strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in matrixed environments, preferably in healthcare technology

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in delivering change large software template or ERP implementations with Certification: Certifications in facilitation and development (DiSC, HPT, Change, Creativity, New Leader Assimilations, Franklin Covey), organizational effectiveness (Talent Management Practitioner, Org Effectiveness and Design), and / or change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and execution of holistic change management strategies and plans for major technology transformation projects, programs and portfolios.
  • Create and implement a defined change methodology for the organization, including repeatable activities, templates, and deliverables that enable scalability across multiple initiatives and business units.
  • Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, risk evaluations, and readiness assessments across affected business units.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel communication plans, including executive messaging, town halls, targeted stakeholder engagement, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Identify, assess, and address resistance; build sponsorship at executive and mid-management levels to champion change.
  • Lead training needs analysis, coordinate training development/delivery, and ensure capability building for sustained adoption.
  • Define and track adoption metrics, change success KPIs, and post-implementation benefits realization; report progress to leadership.
  • Coach and mentor project managers, change agents, and junior team members on change management best practices (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci methodologies).
  • Provide day-to-day oversight of change workstreams, including budgeting, resource planning, and integration with project management (e.g., PMO alignment).
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and change governance forums to align stakeholders and resolve issues.
  • Stay current on industry change management trends, tools, and benchmarks; recommend enhancements to organizational change capabilities.
  • Support and Liaison with Account Managers and Client Engagement to create a formal change delivery engagement model as it relates to software delivery and consumer provider impacts
  • Support the project manager to create a PPL fit for purpose approach to change, training and communications prioritizing PPL clients
  • Embed standard change, training and communication activities and deliverables into Project Initiation, Planning and Execution and identify key dependencies between departments and/or workstreams.
  • Create change delivery quality measurements such as adoption metrics, competency measurements, go-live score carding, etc.
  • Ability to tailor message to C Suite Level Leadership in Governance or Steering Committees as well as the project team in a professional manner
  • Ability to lead a team of change and communication analysts to deliver overall project change delivery objectives.
