Lead readiness assessments, impact analysis, and risk management , ensuring every change is planned and delivered with precision. Build strong partnerships across business and technical teams , creating an ecosystem for effective, program-driven change . Requirements

  • Proven Change Management with experience managing large-scale, complex transformation programs using recognised frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Strategic Communication & Engagement with the exceptional ability to craft clear messaging, develop training plans, and drive stakeholder buy-in.
  • Influence with the ability to maintain a strong presence with senior executives and ability to build trust and alignment across diverse teams.
  • Analytical & Risk Management Skills such as in readiness assessments, impact analysis, and managing change risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Innovative & Adaptive Mindset that embraces emerging practices, fosters continuous improvement, and thrives in fast-paced environments
