The Change Management Leader will advance the change strategy for Technology strategic initiatives by integrating closely with program leadership to develop tailored, human‑centered change strategies. This role drives execution across the full lifecycle—readiness through sustainment—to enable successful adoption, measure impact, and support enterprise-wide transformation. As a senior member of the Change & Engagement Chapter, you will influence at scale, guide leaders through complex change, and shape the behaviors, mindsets, and capabilities required to accelerate Technology’s transformation agenda.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise‑level or strategic change management, transformation, or organizational effectiveness.
  • Prosci Certification or equivalent
  • Proven expertise applying structured change methodologies, stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, and readiness frameworks.
  • Experience working in highly matrixed organizations with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess change readiness, measure adoption, and translate insights into action.
  • Demonstrated success developing executive‑level strategies and advising senior stakeholders.
  • Strong facilitation, relationship‑building, and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chapter Leader to evolve and maintain the Technology change management strategy, frameworks, and governance model.
  • Lead organizational stakeholder mapping and influence analysis for complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Oversee Technology‑wide change impact and organizational risk assessments.
  • Drive leadership and business readiness assessments and ensure alignment at senior levels.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive change strategies, including roadmaps, communications architecture, and training approaches.
  • Guide executive sponsors on sponsorship behaviors and change governance expectations.
  • Establish effective feedback loops and resistance‑management strategies.
  • Develop adoption metrics, measurement dashboards, and success frameworks.
  • Ensure long‑term reinforcement plans, including transition to Program Leaders and operational owners.
  • Cultivate a high‑performing change capability across Technology, including coaching change managers and specialists.
  • Foster a resilient team culture through modeling change leadership, commitment, and continuous learning.
  • Identify and champion opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance change initiatives.
  • Partner with Technology Communications, Learning, and other teams to deliver consistent, impactful change plans.
