The Impact You Will Have Drive the success of portfolio aligned engagements by delivering business consultancy and training interventions that enable business adoption and readiness. Work in close alignment with Business Owners to assess impacts, consult on the most effective training rollout and adoption approaches, and implement change management plans. Ensure high-quality results delivered in line with Business Owners’ needs through a clear understanding of customer requirements and agile delivery, improving Allianz Commercial’s ability to serve clients in line with strategic priorities. Drive harmonization, cost-effective solutions, and technical skills development. Prepare and facilitate training sessions, including digital formats, and implement Train-the-Trainer approaches. Organize work packages effectively and, where required, lead workstreams and external consultants to achieve business value realization.
