This role serves as the primary support for commercial banking services, focusing on product installation and implementation within the bank, its branches, and at customer locations. The position requires independent judgment with moderate supervision. Responsibilities include supporting all department products and services, customer service, upselling, and on-site customer training. The specialist will also perform various administrative duties, assist customers within their scope of judgment or refer to management, and make appropriate referrals to other business units for banking products and services. All activities must be consistent with established Bank policies, procedures, systems, corporate code of conduct, Bank Secrecy Act, and applicable State and Federal laws and regulations.
