About The Position

The Business Banking Support Specialist is a customer service and support role at U.S. Bank, working directly with customer accounts, inquiries, and items related to client satisfaction with the U.S. Bank relationship. This role operates under the direction of Business Banking Relationship Managers and Business Banking Relationship Analysts. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically seven or more years of job-related experience

  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

  • Support sales teams in executing a One Bank strategy and growing market share.
  • Retain and deepen client relationships by providing exceptional client experience and support that is knowledgeable, timely and professional.
  • Identify potential problems, and compliance issues.
  • Maximize client satisfaction and encourage expansion of the relationship.
  • Identify products and services that realize clients’ unmet needs.
  • Reduce risk to the bank and ensure timely and accurate compliance to procedural, policy and regulatory requirements.
