About The Position

Responsible for the growth of the loan portfolio by development of current and new consumer and business relationships. An emphasis is placed on fully banking consumer and business customers. Purpose driven calls should correspond with needs of customers as well as loan portfolio goals. Maintain customer's portfolio list and prospects at all times and prioritize customer/prospect needs. Introductory and follow up correspondence should be prepared and sent to customers and prospects. Reporting should be timely on calls, scorecards, exceptions and other information requests, maintaining the appropriate bank standards. Perform other job related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Five years to eight years of similar or related experience.
  • A bachelor's degree, or achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Meet sales objectives as outlined in the Retail Sales Manual and coordinate referrals to appropriate lines of business.
  • Maintain customer's portfolio list and prospects at all times and prioritize customer/prospect needs.
