About The Position

Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to join their organization. This role is responsible for executing a disciplined calling program to grow new and existing business banking relationships. The manager will source prospects through cold calls, centers of influence, community outreach, and digital research. They will build referral pipelines, identify cross-sell opportunities, and position Nusenda products and services to meet member needs by uncovering needs through targeted questions, presenting tailored solution sets, and coordinating with Treasury Management and Businessрованию for pricing and structure. The role also involves representing the organization at community events, pre-screening loan opportunities, interviewing applicants, gathering financial packages, and assessing SBA program fit. Collaboration with business banking underwriting is key to structuring terms that provide appropriate returns and mitigate risk. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries within service levels, conducting regular check-ins, collecting required financial information, and documenting all interactions in CRM.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of similar or related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Working knowledge of SBA lending programs and processes including basic eligibility and documentation requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of outbound business development, including structured cold calling, call planning, pipeline management, and use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Experience in branch processes including business account opening, Know Your Customer/Customer Identification Program (KYC/CIP), online and treasury services setup.
