The Business Banking Relationship Manager II represents the bank in conducting business development activities to generate new loan, deposit, and related business. This role manages relationships with business banking clients through service and support, overseeing account maintenance and ensuring client needs are met. The position involves establishing a strong referral network, developing professional relationships with other bank departments and vendors for cross-selling, and providing quality customer service through problem resolution and consistent client communication. The Relationship Manager will also analyze financial data to assess creditworthiness, negotiate credit terms, monitor outstanding loans, and educate borrowers on bank processes. Additionally, they will originate and structure loan requests, submit documentation for credit approval, and recommend commercial loan applications.
