The Business Banking Relationship Manager II works directly with the Retail Branch Network to develop, facilitate, and manage the lending needs of small business clients. This role involves researching client businesses, providing information on Business Banking services, and ensuring loan quality meets Bank standards. The position also involves managing a portfolio of Business Banking loans, collaborating with Branch Managers on training, and proactively identifying and engaging with potential clients through networking and referrals. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, collaborating with sales and leadership, and providing exceptional customer service are key aspects of this role. The manager will also work with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting, and make outbound calls to potential clients. Understanding client needs, offering solutions, closing sales, and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines are also essential functions. All other duties as assigned.
