$75,000 - $150,000Remote

About The Position

At PNC, our people are our greatest differentiator and competitive advantage in the markets we serve. We are all united in delivering the best experience for our customers. We work together each day to foster an inclusive workplace culture where all of our employees feel respected, valued and have an opportunity to contribute to the company’s success. The RM Virtual position manages a large book of business (400+ clients) in the $2-10MM segment. The role involves significant outbound calling, identifying business needs, and driving new opportunities within assigned relationships. Success requires the ability to sell effectively in a virtual environment, leverage technology quickly, and stay highly organized given the volume and pace. Candidates should be comfortable working with large sets of metrics, maintaining accountability, and operating in a monitored environment due to the role’s structure. Books of business are typically on one time zone but may not be territory‑concentrated. Analyzing business tax returns and structuring small business loans are a plus. While titled “virtual,” the role is remote. There will be some annual travel expectations for team meetings, and the hiring manager will review specific onsite requirements during the interview process. This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
