Our Business Banking Relationship Managers play a pivotal role in helping our business clients achieve their financial goals. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Four to five years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Bring new business clients to the bank through strong business development and prospecting. (65% - 70% of time)
• Be the primary advisor for our business clients with annual revenues of $2.5MM to $25MM.
• Build, develop, enrich and manage new and existing relationships with business clients.
• Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions that build strong, long-term relationships.
• Assess and attend to clients' banking needs.
• Obtain and process client and account information.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
• Recommend financial solutions based on each client’s unique goals and needs.
• Partner effectively with Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Business Credit Card teams.
