About The Position

The Business Banking Relationship Credit Analyst partners closely with Business Banking Relationship Credit Analysts support client acquisition, onboarding, portfolio management, and ongoing relationship servicing. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional client experience, supporting lending and credit activities, and helping drive business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Five to eight years of Business Banking experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting business or commercial credit, underwriting, or lending analysis in a banking environment.
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, cash flow, and core credit fundamentals.
• Comfortable supporting Relationship Managers rather than owning a client portfolio.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with credit, risk, and relationship management partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client discovery, deal qualification, and loan structuring support.
• Support financial analysis, pricing requests, and pipeline management.
• Coordinate deal activities to ensure timely progression of opportunities.
• Gather and review required documentation.
• Assist with deal summaries, product solutions, and execution activities.
• Coordinate appraisal, documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Support portfolio monitoring, loan renewals, and pricing updates.
• Perform financial analysis, covenant tracking, and risk monitoring.
• Maintain accurate client and deal information in bank systems.
