About The Position

Starion Bank is seeking a customer-focused, disciplined, and ethical Business Banking Officer to join its team in Monona, Wisconsin, with some expected office time in Middleton. The role focuses on developing, managing, and expanding a portfolio of business clients, including small- to mid-size companies across diverse industries. The officer builds lasting client relationships, understands customers’ needs, and provides tailored banking solutions while serving as their primary point of contact. The position also involves monitoring risk and collaborating with internal partners to provide comprehensive service. Salary depends on experience.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in business banking, commercial lending, credit analysis, or a related financial services role.
Experience building and maintaining relationships with business clients across diverse industries, including proactively managing and growing a portfolio of commercial loans and deposits.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong knowledge of business banking products and services, including loans, lines of credit, and cash management.
