Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically one or more years of related experience
• Basic knowledge of credit and risk analysis, economics, accounting and finance
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Suite - including Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.
• Curiosity and a desire to learn about businesses and how they operate.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, OR one or more years of related field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct credit analyses for renewals and loan modifications.
• Prepare clear and concise credit presentations and recommendations for lending decision-makers.
• Review customer accounts and loan portfolios to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Collaborate with relationship managers and credit leaders to support business clients and make informed credit decisions.
• Contribute to maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio while supporting the bank's growth objectives.
