This role supports the Business Banking Sales organization by identifying, prioritizing, and implementing AI-driven solutions that improve sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and client experience. It calls for a leader who blends strong project management and process improvement skills with a keen understanding of emerging AI technologies, change management, and banking efficiencies. Close collaboration with sales, AI Center of Excellence, operations, risk, product, and technology teams is essential to ensure measurable outcomes and drive the organization's AI strategy forward. This role will also drive broader process improvement efforts across Business Banking. This role is responsible for proactively identifying inefficiencies, standardizing workflows, and leading end-to-end optimization initiatives that enhance scalability, reduce risk, and improve client and employee outcomes—regardless of whether AI is the primary lever. The leader will partner cross-functionally to prioritize high-impact opportunities and deliver sustainable, measurable improvements through operational excellence, data-driven insights, and strong change leadership. The leader is responsible for shaping and executing Business Banking’s enablement strategy in support of Relationship Manager (RM) productivity, client coverage effectiveness, and Portfolio Management (PM) excellence. This role owns the end-to-end vision, prioritization, and delivery of AI, and analytics platforms that modernize how Business Banking originates business, and serves clients.
