ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Service Answers phone/e-mail to provide support to customers and bank personnel regarding Cash Management and Online Banking issues, including follow-up and resolution Provides training and technical support – collaborates with the department to assist with virtual meetings Provides excellent online and telephone service to prospective business banking deposit customers Operations Provides Cash Management support by preparing onboarding documentation, completing system set up, filing forms and processing fees Provides deposit and sales administrative support, including, but not limited to, Online Banking, ACH, Positive Pay, RDC, Wires, Sweep Accounts, Escrow Accounts, and VIP Customer assistance Evaluates proper account structure in the Bank’s core system and online platform for all business customer relationships Updates Salesforce - monitors department assigned Cases, updates Opportunities and participates in weekly department Salesforce meetings Maintains shared calendar for the Business Banking department, coordinates meetings with customers, loan officers, branch staff and Lowell Five Bank partner organizations Assists with Cash Management customer relationship reviews, annual audits and external audits Quality controls new account set up, including proper documentation and information collection Completes various daily, weekly and monthly reports Monitors the Bank’s partnership opportunities with Elan, Elavon and Paychex Creates Remote Deposit Capture profiles, tests scanners Reviews online new business account requests Please note this job description is not designed to cover a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least one year of general banking experience is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required and Salesforce or related CRM is a plus
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to maintain relationships; team player with attentive customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and positive approach
  • Commitment to quality and strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently
  • Must be willing and able to report to Headquarters in Tewksbury five full days a week

Responsibilities
