Centralized Escrow Accounting (CEA) Service Center provides escrow accounting and related services to substantially all affiliated offices including wire processing, transfers and bank reconciliations, 1099s and escheat reporting, centralized bank account documentation management, management of customer-driven investments and monitoring of daily transactions and positive pay. This position consists of approving wires from Monday - Friday 8am - 12pm then helping with other tasks as assigned/needed. The wire approver will work with a second wire approver to release 30-40 wires daily. Each wire requires dual approval and attention to detail in order to determine whether the wire should be released or sent back for edit. This position also requires time management and the ability to prioritize well. This position requires one to receive up to 50 emails a day and to keep track of the ones relevant to them. We are looking for a self-starter who is willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
